Synopsis: El Paso Opera goes gourmet! Bon Appétit! promises to be a delicious and delectable evening of culinary comedy. Cherry Duke transforms into beloved master chef and American icon Julia Child as she demonstrates with gusto how to make a classic French chocolate cake. A virtuosic one-woman show adapted from a classic Julia Child television. Presented at UTEP’s Fox Fine Arts Recital Hall, the food-filled fun rounds out with a set of other scrumptious songs. Bon Appétit! is a guaranteed recipe for laughs! This is a carryover from last season. Bon Appetit was unfortunately cancelled in March 2020 due to Covid 19. We are happy to finally bring this fun show to the stage!
